The Center for International Trade Development (CITD)–Miami is an economic development organization which designs and implements comprehensive global trade facilitation programs. The Center provides global business education, consulting, and technical assistance on all international trade-oriented activities.
Our mission is to accelerate economic growth and global competitiveness for clients through high-impact trade development programs.
We pursue this mission by developing customized export development programs to address the specific economic growth needs of our clients, which are mostly developing countries and emerging markets around the world. Specialized trade development interventions are offered to stakeholders which include government institutions at the regional, national, state and local levels, multilateral organizations, non-profits, trade associations, chambers of commerce, NGOs and other organized bodies.
The Center is strategically located in Miami – Florida, a major hemispheric gateway city, the trade and logistics headquarters of the Americas (North America, South America and the Caribbean) and the global hub of international commerce in the Western Hemisphere.
